They have experienced no other issues aside from the inside bottom rusting through... lined with foil they can still use it safely. One time has to wonder if the negative reviews are from coleman competetors. Buy it you won't be dissappointed. Im ordering another for hubby for Christmas

I am blown away at a number of the other reviews dissing this grill. They have owned this model for over three yrs & have never been happier with a grill, they tailgate, camp & use this as our primary home grill. My only complaint is that after three yrs the inside bottom rusted through eventhough its stored under cover in the winter months.
